Cross-Training [Inter-Styles]
The PUKKO Cross Training (Inter-Styles) is a continuing Technical Program participated by Senior Instructors and Blackbelts from the different PUKKO Ryu-has (Styles) based in Southern Tagalog Region and Metro Manila. Conducted every Saturday from 2pm to 5pm, the training session venues are rotated among the different Dojos. The objective of the training is to familiarize all instructors of PUKKO on the different principles and technical contents of the karate styles practiced by its members.
The photos here show the Cross Training held on September 5 at the Metropolis Sports Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Matsumura Shorinryu Dojo). Subject matter was KYUDOKAN Karate which was faciliated by Sensei Sayen Navarroza, the WMK Technical Director who also sits as Commissioner for Kyudokan Karate in the PUKKO Technical Commission. Participating in this session were PUKKO Instructors of Shitoryu, Gojuryu, Shotokan and Matsumura Seito Shorinryu.
